Today's Lunch and Dinner


For lunch, I made a green salad using the lettuce and radishes from our share, along with some raspberries that were on sale this week and some shaved parmesan cheese. I did a simple dressing of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, along with some salt and pepper. Dinner was a salmon burger with lettuce from our share, along with roasted veggies and sweet and sour cole slaw, using the cabbage and radishes from our share.
